Fractal Water, LLC stands behind every product we manufacture. Our warranty reflects our confidence in the quality and longevity of our vortex magnetic water treatment systems.
10-Year Limited Warranty
Fractal Water warrants that all Ultra Imploder, Super Imploder, and Vortex Nozzle products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ten (10) years from the date of shipment.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Magnetic strength loss beyond normal tolerances
- Structural integrity of the vortex nozzle
- Weld and joint failures under normal operating pressure
- Coating defects on the magnetic housing (Ultra Imploder Blue Zylan coating, Super Imploder powder coat and Zylan lining)
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from improper installation
- Damage from freezing, over-pressurization, or water hammer
- Cosmetic wear from normal use or environmental exposure
- Damage from chemical exposure or fluids other than water
- Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or tampering
- Damage during shipping (file claims with the carrier)
- Plumbing fittings, adapters, or third-party hardware not supplied by Fractal Water
Magnetic Strength Warranty
The neodymium magnets in the Ultra Imploder and Super Imploder are specially shielded with thick carbon steel to reduce magnetic flux loss over time. Under normal conditions, our magnets are rated to maintain effective flux density for 30+ years. However, we warranty magnetic strength for a full 10 years from the date of purchase.
If your unit experiences magnetic flux loss within the 10-year warranty period, we will replace the magnets at no charge. Contact us for instructions on how to test the magnetic strength of your unit.
Quality Testing
Every Fractal Water system undergoes rigorous quality control before leaving our facility:
Pressure Tested
Every unit is hydrostatically tested at 120 PSI to ensure leak-free performance, well above standard residential water pressure (40–80 PSI).
Magnetic Strength Verified
Each magnetic array is measured with a gaussmeter to confirm proper flux density before assembly and again after final assembly.
Vorticity Tested
Every vortex nozzle is tested to verify proper spin characteristics and flow performance, ensuring optimal water structuring.

How to File a Warranty Claim
- Step 1: Contact us. Call 1 (888) 897-6968 or email [email protected] to describe the issue. Have your order number and date of purchase ready.
- Step 2: Inspection and diagnosis. Our team will help you diagnose the issue. For magnetic strength claims, we will provide instructions on how to test your unit.
- Step 3: Return Material Authorization (RMA). If a return is required, we will issue a written RMA number. Do not return any product without an RMA — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
- Step 4: Ship the product. Pack the unit securely in its original packaging if available. Ship to the address provided with your RMA.
- Step 5: Resolution. Upon inspection, we will repair or replace the defective product or component at our discretion. Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Important Warranty Terms
- Inspection upon receipt. Inspect all products within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and immediately notify us of any product that appears defective, short, or non-conforming.
- Shipping damage. All claims for transportation damage must be filed with the shipping carrier by the purchaser. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier at the shipping point.
- Repair or replacement only. Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of defective products or components. Fractal Water is not liable for installation costs, labor, water damage, consequential damages, or any indirect damages resulting from product failure.
- Warranty is non-transferable. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
- Proof of purchase required. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability
Except for the warranty set forth above, Fractal Water, LLC makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to the products, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Fractal Water, LLC or any of its representatives be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
