How to Order

Ordering your Fractal Water system is simple. You can purchase directly through our online store or by calling our sales team.

Order Online

Our online store is the fastest way to place your order. Here is how it works:

Step 1: Browse the Catalog

Visit our product catalog and choose the system that fits your needs. Not sure which product is right for you? Check out our product comparison or call us for guidance.

Step 2: Add to Cart

On the product page, select the quantity you need and click the Add to Cart button. You can continue shopping and add more items, or proceed directly to checkout.

Step 3: Review Your Cart

Click the cart icon in the top right corner of the page to review your order. From your cart you can:

  • Update quantities or remove items
  • Enter a coupon code if you have one
  • See your order subtotal before shipping and tax

When everything looks good, click Proceed to Checkout.

Step 4: Checkout

Enter your billing and shipping information. We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal — pay with your PayPal account balance, linked bank account, or card
  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (processed securely through PayPal)

  • International shipping: We ship worldwide. International orders ship EXW (Ex Works) from our facility. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
